OUR STORY
About 11 years ago, a very special pup came into our lives. My wife called him the “runt” of the litter when she found him. My family melted at first sight of him. I didn’t know it at the time, but after seeing his little precious face, I knew he was special. His name was Cooper, the bully “pocket” pitbull, that stole the hearts of everyone he saw, but to me, he was my best friend; he was my son. Cooper was that ONE lifetime type of dog, every pet owner longs for. Cooper and I were inseparable. The joy we shared will always remain with me until the end; vacations, lonely nights, and just genuine companionship. In December 2021, Cooper was diagnosed with an incurable cancer, lymphoma. I was broken. But not Cooper. Cooper was a warrior who fought for over two years, defying the odds of his uncurbable cancer and took it all the way to the end when the cancer grew too strong. In February 25th, 2024, Cooper fought until his last breath, and I ultimately made the arguable hardest decision of my life, as I allowed his soul to dwell with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I miss him everyday of my life.
Canine Tactical is dedicated to the life Cooper lived. His mother and I are both military veterans and first responders. Mom with USCG and fire rescue, and dad, US Army and law Enforcement. No matter how long mom and dad would be gone for, Cooper was always there, longing, awaiting, and excited beyond belief to be with us. Cooper was always there for us. We are his memory. We love him and will always love him. We love all animals and care deeply not just any canines, but especially those canines who have dedicate their lives whether it be in a first responder or military form, or are just a general household loved pup. We here at Canine Tactical believe in freedom, patriotism, and a general love for canines worldwide. Join us in support and love for all canines. John 15:13
