At Canine Tactical, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.


🐾 Start a Return or Exchange

You can begin a return or exchange by locating your order using your order number and shipping ZIP code, email, or phone number.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from                          www.k-9tactical.com within 30 days of the fulfillment date.

To qualify, products must be:

  • In new, unworn, and unwashed condition

  • Free of pet hair, odors, smoke, and deodorant marks

  • Returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable)

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We’ve got you covered.

  • Exchanges are free for size or product swaps (limited to one exchange per order).

  • Simply ship your original item back within 30 days (shipping fees may apply)

  • Your replacement item will ship once the original item is scanned in transit.


Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and processed.


Defective or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or noticed a defect?
Please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll quickly review the issue and offer a replacement or exchange where appropriate.
All Canine Tactical products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.


Processing Time

Once your return or exchange is received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.


Third-Party Purchases

Returns and exchanges can only be processed for items purchased directly from        www.k-9tactical.com
If you purchased from one of our authorized retail partners, please contact them directly for assistance.
